CADDY® PYRAMID 50 Pipe & Equipment Support from ERICO® provides an easy method for supporting up to 50 lb loads of pipe, conduit and equipment. CADDY PYRAMID dramatically reduces installation time by replacing other labor-intensive support methods such as wood blocks, straps and clips.

Applications

Supports equipment or multiple runs of pipe and conduit and provides for numerous mounting options and clamping positions.

The CADDY® SUPERFIX 454 is an easy-to-close pipe clamp that works on steel and copper pipes from 1/4” (12 mm) to 4” (114 mm). A unique hinged design eliminates the need to disassemble the clamp prior to installation and allows the installer to close the pipe clamp with one hand without turning a screw. Once the pipe is installed, simply tighten the screw to secure the pipe in place.

The cleverly designed pipe clamp requires only one screw and hinge. The all steel design of the patented closing mechanism means the strength is not significantly reduced by exposure to heat.

All of the pipe clamps have a 5-8 microns electro-galvanized coating to protect against corrosion.

The CADDY® SUPERKLIP pipe clamp is a pipe clamp suitable for both interior, as well as outdoor use. This pipe clamp closes itself when tubing is inserted.

The use of premium grade Polyamide PA6 makes the CADDY SUPERKLIP resistant against environmental stresses. The through hole allows for simple attachment by wood or tapping screw, and with the optional CADDY SUPERKLIP NUT, the pipe clamps can be fastened to all established M6 or M8 thread applications.

Backflow Prevention: Hayward Wafer Check Valves are an economical way to prevent reversal of flow in piping systems. They are ideal for limited space and larger size pipe installations.
Reliable Operation:
Hayward Wafer Check Valves operate without the need for any adjustments or settings. The valve's hinged plastic disc, with replaceable O-ring seal, is designed to provide a bubble-tight flow shutoff. When inlet flow stops, back pressure moves the disc with its O-ring seal into the valve's plastic body, shutting off the flow.
Two Available Models:
A lower cost version without a disc spring is available for applications where it is not desirable for the process stream to come into contact with metals. A version with disc spring is recommended for pulsating flow and horizontal piping applications where faster disc closure is required to reduce the amount of backflow and possible water hammer.

Hayward now offers Y Strainers with True Union Connections. True Union design makes these strainers very easy to maintain by allowing for easy removal from a piping system without breaking down piping connections.

Hayward now offers clear polyester Simplex Basket Strainers and clear PVC Y Strainers. The translucent body shows the strainer screen in operation. This helps determine when it needs cleaning based on a visual check of the amount of debris retained by the screen.
